Tips for online yoga: pause and rewind the
video if you need to understand something again, or pause video if you wish to hold the yogapose for longer, or to take a break, it is recommended though, for best effect, to take the whole lesson in one go. Use any excercise mat, or even a piece of carpet
for yoga, but i highly recommend a good quality yogamat for better stabilty. Use pillows, blocks/large books, blankets, bolsters to lift the floor for support when needed. Belts can also be used to help you in deep stretching. Read the disclaimer/safetly section,
