This section offers a good selection of free videos, from 15-45 minutes. You will find videos with English instructions, and some with Norwegian instructions. You will also find short trailers for longer classes.  

Tips for online yoga: pause and rewind the video if you need to understand something again, or pause video if you wish to hold the yogapose for longer, or to take a break, it is recommended though, for best effect, to take the whole lesson in one go. Use any excercise mat, or even a piece of carpet for yoga, but i highly recommend a good quality yogamat for better stabilty. Use pillows, blocks/large books, blankets, bolsters to lift the floor for support when needed. Belts can also be used to help you in deep stretching. Read the disclaimer/safetly section, before you do yoga.

Come join me for my morningyoga practice where we are slowly and gently waking up, being mindful and present. Gentle moves and short holds.

Free 20 min Eagle-Warrior flow (yang) English.

Welcome to a fun and creative standing flow. This is a yang, dynamic, strengthening and slightly heat-building session with warrior-poses and a balancing eagle-sequense.
Suitable for people who are more or less familiar with the basics of yoga. It is a good idea to warm up the body before this flow with one of the "warm up" videos on this channel or any other "warm ups" you like. 🧘‍♀️👍

This session is perfect if you need to warm up the body before static yoga or other strengthening excercises/movements. Or if you just need to get some movement and circulation flowing throughout the joints and body, maybe after sitting for prolonged periods at the office, or simular.

Soothing and calming yoga for when you feel agitated, maybe a bit anxious, or when you just want a calming yoga session with gentle stretching, soft movements, and some breathing excercises (pranayama) to reset the whole system.

Can be done any time of day when you need to feel more centered and calm.

Free, 50 min, Yoga for ADHD and restlessness. English.

This yoga session is kind of adapted to the person who finds it hard to focus, but who also is also looking for tools and ways to calm a restless mind, but at the same time, move the body. This yoga session includes gentle movement, balancing poses, strengthening poses and at the end, a calming breathing exercise. Always listen to your own body and be mindful when you practice yoga. Only go as far into the pose, movement and stretch as feels comfortable.

Styrkende og varmende yang yoga. Her får du balanse, styrke, pust og fokus, alt på bare 22 minutter. Passer bra når du trenger mer energi, styrke og fokus. Vi går gjennom en solhilsen variasjon, pluss litt til.
Kan gjøres når som helst på dagen, og passer perfekt til når du trenger en kort "pick me up", Passer til alle nivåer, men det er nok en fordel om du kjenner litt til stillingene siden det er en flyt time. Uansett, hør alltid på din egen kropp, og press deg aldri inn i smerte.

This is a mindful and soft yogaflow for you who want less talk in your yoga-video practice, and more silent space to reconnect with your inner self, your body and your own flow. Yoga is all about connecting to your inner self, the subtle energies, mind-body- spirit connection. I find it is harder to connect if i hear talking all the time, so i wanted to provide a yogavideo where there is more silent spaces. This video will probably suit those who have had some yoga-experience and know the basics, and how to breathe as there a fewer instructions.
There will be relaxation, slow flow, balance and also some strenghtening poses. (warrior and vinyasa). This video may also suit those who are curious and open to more silent yoga.
Remember to always be mindful in your yogapractice, listen to the signals of your own body and never push yourself into pain.

This is the first part of the beginner friendly series, taking us through 10 yogaposes that is often found in a yogasession, either as transitions or actual poses.
Name of pose in English and Sanskrit, and type of pose you will find here:
Positions: Easy pose=Sukhasana (seated extension) Childs pose=Balasana (kneeling forward bend), Cobrapose= Bhujangasana (prone, backbend) Boat pose=Navasana (core, supine, forward bend) Downward facing dog= Adho Mukha Svanasana (inversion, extension) Mountain pose= Tadasana (standing extension), Tree pose= Vrksasana (standing extension, balance), Garland pose= Malasana (standing extension), Cresent Lunge (standing extension) and Corpse pose=Savasana (supine extension, relaxation)
I recommend you pause the video for each pose to explore the pose in your own body.
Remember to always be mindful when you practice yoga, never push yourself in to pain. Practice yoga with ease and joy, and skip the need to compare and compete. Accepting where you are in your own body will certainly make your yoga journey more tangable. Enjoy and relax.

Her er hva vi ofte kaller disse stillingene på Norsk: Sittende (med forlenget rygg).
Barnet (forover fold) Kobra (bakoverbøy). Båten (core). Hund som ser ned (stående forover strekk).
Fjellet, stående. Treet, balanse. Squat (hofteåpner). Død manns stilling, avspenning.
Hør alltid på din egen kropp når du praktiserer yoga, vær tilstede med oppmerksomhet og ikke press deg inn i smerte. Legg fra deg behovet for å sammenligne, konkurrere, og prestere. Jobb med full aksept av hvor du er i din kropp i øyeblikket og ta hensyn til dagsformen, gjør yoga med glede og et åpent sinn. Vi trenger ikke ta det så alvorlig, det er nok alvor der ute i verden.

In this class we focus on of flowing and moving in the positions rather than on muscle strength. Good for warming the body, for balance, freedom, space and focus.

This flow is from one of my favorite 50 minutes yoga practices, including the way I like to move in my yoga, inviting you to do the same (the way you like to move)
I recommend this video to those who has some experience with yoga, not because the poses are advanced or difficult, but because you have to be at that point in your practice where you are ready to explore moving in the pose, or maybe your are just bored of doing the same pose in the same way and are ready to invite some freedom into your practice? There will be a short warm up on the floor, focusing on the spine, then balance, breath, flow, moving meditation, and a little section with rythms and dance/shaking, to loosen up and feel free. This 50 min session has it all: warming, strength, balance, breath, flow, and freedom. Welcome.
