Tips for online yoga: pause and rewind the video if you need to understand something again, or pause if you wish to hold the yogapose for longer, or to take a break, it is recommended though, for best effect, that you take the whole class in one go. Use a yogablock or a large book if you need to lift the floor up to you, for support, and blankets/pillows or a yoga bolster, if you need to be supported in the seated and lying down poses. You can use any excercise mat, or even a piece of carpet for yoga, but i highly recommend a good quality yogamat so you dont slip. My favorite yogamat so far is the YogaMad studio mat, they are not too pricey either.
